Salesforce Developer

Work from office-Chennai location

• Design and develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Queueable/Future methods, LWC components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Banking domain knowledge or experience working with Banking/Financial Services clients is preferred; understanding of banking business processes and customer service operations would be an added advantage within Lending profile.
• Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites, including custom community pages and self-service portals.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, webhooks).
• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards, unit test coverage (≥90%), and best practices.
• Lead technical sprints - task breakdown, effort estimation, and daily stand-ups.
• Diagnose and resolve governor limits and performance-related issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect on solution design and contribute to technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support UAT and deployment activities including sandbox refreshes and change set management.

Manage Salesforce code using source-driven development practices (SFDX projects, unlocked packages, or 2GP packages where appropriate).
