Role Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of strong hands-on development experience.
The candidate should have solid coding skills along with exposure to AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Core Development
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Work on Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
- Design and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Ensure performance optimization and adherence to governor limits
- Support deployments using CI/CD tools
AI & Automation
- Implement Salesforce Einstein capabilities
- Work on AI-powered automation use cases
- Integrate Salesforce with AI/LLM APIs
- Support features like:
- AI-based lead scoring
- Email auto-drafting
- Case summarization
- Opportunity insights
Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Mandatory
- Platform App Builder Preferred
- Platform Developer II Good to have
- AI Specialist / Einstein-related certification Added advantage
Required Skills
- 4 + years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, LWC
- Experience with Salesforce security model & data modeling
- Integration experience with external systems
- Exposure to AI concepts / Einstein / LLM integrations
- Good communication skills
