Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom workflows within Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform.

Lead or support end-to-end PSA implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, customization, and deployment.

Automate business processes using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.

Integrate Certinia PSA with other Salesforce or third-party applications as required.

Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.

Create and maintain documentation related to workflows, configurations, and customizations.

Key Skills Required:

5+ years of hands-on development on Salesforce platform

Minimum 3 years of experience working on Certinia PSA (or FinancialForce PSA)

Strong understanding of workflow automation tools in Salesforce (Apex, Flow, Process Builder)

Experience with implementation, configuration, and customization of PSA solutions

Good knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, and data model

Familiarity with integration using REST/SOAP APIs (preferred)

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field
