About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions aligned with business objectives at Della Townships. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, automation, and integrations, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows (Record-Triggered / Screen Flows)
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integrations
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
• Implement scalable and bulkified solutions adhering to Salesforce Governor Limits
• Ensure high-quality code with proper test classes and code coverage
• Manage deployments using Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or CI/CD tools
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Maintain system security using Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  a. Apex Programming
  b. Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  c. SOQL / SOSL
  d. Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Good understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Architecture
• Experience in API integrations and external system connectivity
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
