Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% remote (work from home) role for a Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on both traditional architecture and modern AI capabilities. Main responsibilities include end-to-end Salesforce.com development, building modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), constructing complex automations, and leveraging Salesforce Agentforce to build intelligent, autonomous agents and prompt-driven solutions to optimize system efficiency and meet customer requirements.

Note: This is a role with immediate availability. Joiners or candidates with a short notice periods will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in Salesforce.com Development.

• Core Development: Proficient in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Asynchronous Apex), SOQL, and SOSL.

• Frontend: Strong experience building custom UIs with Lightning Web Components (LWC). (Experience with legacy Visualforce pages is a plus).

• AI & Agentforce: Experience configuring and deploying autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce (defining Topics, Actions, and integrating Apex/Flows). Familiarity with Prompt Builder and basic prompt engineering principles.

• Declarative Tools: Deep understanding of modern Salesforce automation, specifically advanced Salesforce Flow.

• Integrations: Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration, security models, and core platform capabilities.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to evolving technical needs, and excellent collaboration and communication skills suited for a remote team environment.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
