Salesforce Developer
We re looking for a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-quality
solutions across the Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused
on custom development, integrations, automation, and platform architecture.
What you ll do
Build and manage custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and platform automation
Design and support integrations with external systems
Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
Optimize performance, security, and scalability
Apply Best Practices For
Transaction handling and error management
Governor limits and performance tuning
Platform security and data access
Write and maintain automated tests and support healthy deployment pipelines
Work closely with Admins to align on code vs. configuration decisions
Collaborate with the engineering team, product, and the business to deliver the
most impactful solutions
Troubleshoot complex production issues
Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and code reviews
What we re looking for
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably with Sales Cloud and
Service Cloud in Enterprise environments
Strong Experience With
Custom development on the Salesforce platform
Lightning Web Components and programmatic UI patterns
Platform automation and advanced data modeling
Proven experience with integrations (REST APIs, async messaging,
middleware)
Deep Understanding Of
Salesforce security model and data access patterns
Platform limits and optimization strategies
Experience With
Salesforce DX/CLI and source driven development
Git based version control and modern deployment practices
Strong debugging, problem solving, and system thinking skills
Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and translating into technical
solutions
Nice to have
Retirement or Financial Services industry experience
Agentforce and prompt engineering experience
Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience
