Salesforce Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer to develop and enhance our Salesforce Lifecycle product. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Salesforce platform development. You will work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, QA, and Product teams to build scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Develop new features using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Build custom objects, validations, flows, and automation.
• Create REST integrations and consume external APIs.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex,Queueable Apex,and scheduled jobs.
• Fix bugs and enhance existing functionality.
  
  

Delivery

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.
• Perform unit testing and support QA during testing cycles.
• Participate in peer code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work with Technical Leads to understand solution designs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA teams.
• Support production deployments and defect resolution.
  
  

Required Skills

Salesforce

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Good hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows.
• SOQL/SOSL knowledge.
• Salesforce security model understanding.
• REST API integration experience.
  
  

Technical Skills

• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS

• Salesforce DX (Preferred)
  
  

Soft Skills

• Good analytical and debugging skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cursor AI, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with Platform Events.
• Basic understanding of enterprise integrations.
