Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Proven experience working with:
- Apex Classes, Apex Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows, Reports, and Dashboards
- REST APIs and integrations
- Experience with SPIFF (Salesforce Incentive Compensation) plan design and configuration.
- Solid understanding of sales compensation concepts and commission structures.
- Experience with data analysis, validation, and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
- Prior experience integrating Salesforce with finance or incentive compensation systems.
- Exposure to middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus.
