Salesforce Developer - Conga CPQ

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce-based quoting and sales automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development, along with experience implementing and customizing Conga CPQ tools to support complex pricing, product configurations, and approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions within Salesforce using Conga CPQ, Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Customize CPQ processes including product bundling, pricing rules, discounting logic, and quote generation
• Integrate Conga CPQ with other Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and third-party tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and sales operations to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain and improve CPQ performance, workflows, and validations
• Build and manage approval processes, guided selling, and document generation using Conga tools
• Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and provide ongoing support
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
• Document configurations, customizations, and technical designs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Conga CPQ (or Apttus CPQ)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flow
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, pricing engines, and approval workflows
• Familiarity with document generation and e-signature tools like Conga Composer, Conga Sign
• Understanding of CPQ lifecycle, including product configuration, quote generation, contracts
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II or CPQ Specialist is a plus)
