Key Responsibilities

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).

Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.

Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Perform system administration tasks such as user management, roles/profiles, and data management.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and user manuals.

Collaborate with QA teams for unit testing and defect resolution.

Provide ongoing support and system training to end-users and stakeholders.

Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.

Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience with Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes in Salesforce using tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.

Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations.

Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder) are highly desirable.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
