Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Agentforce, and Salesforce Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business functions and deliver scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Design and implement robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Develop and configure Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, prompt templates, and automation to enhance customer and business processes.
- Build scalable OmniStudio solutions to streamline digital business processes and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to development, configuration, integrations, OmniStudio components, and Agentforce implementations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Expression Sets.
- Experience working with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI Agents, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, and related automation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Postman, or similar tools for API testing.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD implementation in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer or Agentforce Specialist are a plus.
