About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Copado deployment automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, while optimizing DevOps workflows using Copado.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
At least 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
At least 2+ years of practical experience using Copado for DevOps and CI/CD on the Salesforce platform.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies in Copado.
Deep understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and metadata management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
