Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in India. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Copado.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize data models, security settings, and user access controls.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CPQ is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
