Job Title: Salesforce Developer (C2H)
Location: Hyderabad, India
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 6-11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Development using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce Configuration to develop and customize Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for building and deploying scalable applications, enhancing user experience, and supporting Salesforce environments in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Design and develop custom solutions using Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
- Salesforce Configuration & Administration: Configure Salesforce environments, including Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layouts, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud: Implement and support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless functionality across sales and service operations.
- Enterprise Development Practices: Utilize industry-standard tools and best practices for source code control, IDE, Continuous Deployment, and Release Management (Git, Jenkins).
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to understand requirements and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, manage the deployment process, and troubleshoot any issues related to Salesforce implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-11 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Salesforce Development: 4+ years of experience in SFDC Development using LWC, Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Salesforce Configuration: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Configuration & Administration, including User, Role, Profile management, Permission Sets, and Report/Dashboard creation.
- Enterprise Development: 3+ years of experience working in an enterprise environment with source code control (Git), IDE tools, Continuous Deployment, and Release Management (Jenkins).
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud: 3+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in Salesforce applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
