Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of the job market in India. The candidate should be able to work in our offices in Kochi, Pune, Noida, or Pune. The role will involve designing and developing custom solutions in Salesforce, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with other systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and recommend new solutions as appropriate.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the development team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of the job market in India.
- Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with other systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, are a plus.
