We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in B2B and Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Lightning components, customizing Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement B2B processes, including account management, opportunity management, and order processing.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for development and configuration processes.
