Job Title: Salesforce Developer (B2B Commerce)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce.
- Implement end-to-end business processes including lead-to-opportunity, quoting, order management, and case management.
- Develop reusable and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for internal applications and B2B storefronts.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable processes to support complex business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Work with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and B2B Commerce integrations for order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions following Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, governor limits, code quality, and deployment best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
Required Skills
- 5 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud Service Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce
- Hands-on experience delivering production-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
- Experience working in enterprise-level or multi-org Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git/version control systems.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer II B2B Commerce Implementation Specialist
- Experience with headless commerce architectures.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and XML.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks such as Python and Django.
- Experience with Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and Oracle.
- Understanding of web servers such as Apache and IIS.
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
