Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer for our client, a leading SaaS provider in the Australian property sector. They have an extensively customized Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation which will continue to evolve. The role will be a mix of new features and ongoing maintenance of the existing code base.

Qualifications & experience

  • 2+ years proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, attention to detail, effective & professional communication with client.
  • Must have the appropriate developer certificates.
  • Service Cloud Consultant cert highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently at a high level without constant supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a determined drive to achieve results.
  • Australian property sector experience is highly desirable.

Tasks & responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Providing day-to-day support, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting.
  • Developing and maintaining custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Implementing enhancements, system upgrades, and platform improvements aligned with business requirements.
  • Monitoring system performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Assisting with release management, testing, deployments, and change control processes.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to business users and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining technical documentation, support procedures, and configuration records.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance, and Salesforce best practices.
