Salesforce Developer

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience: 2-4 Years

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and platform support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Administration within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Manage Salesforce customizations, configurations, and data feeds.
• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and platform enhancements.
• Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD and release management practices.
• Analyze existing configurations and recommend simplification and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience working in highly customized Salesforce environments with custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains.
