About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer on the CS & Ops team at Indeed, you will support the unified work architecture powering post-sales support and operational excellence, including Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, omnichannel support, knowledge management, agent assist tooling, and operational analytics. You will work across active engineering workstreams including AI Case Summarization, bulk email/communications platform, omnichannel routing and case orchestration, agentic feedback sync, and Salesforce-to-data-platform integrations. This role also includes participation in the team's DFR and weekly Ops Review process as a core team responsibility. This role requires a strong focus on platform reliability, operational excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
Support the unified work architecture for post-sales support and operational excellence across Salesforce Service Cloud and related operational systems.
Work across active engineering workstreams including AI Case Summarization, bulk email/communications platform, omnichannel routing and case orchestration, agentic feedback sync, and Salesforce-to-data-platform integrations.
Rotate into the DFR role to triage critical alerts, monitor platform health KPIs, handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, investigate routing and automation failures, and document findings in Confluence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
Salesforce development experience with Apex.
Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Salesforce Flows.
Salesforce Service Cloud.
Production Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
Operational and incident ownership.
Monitoring and incident management.
Salesforce integrations, including Omnichannel.
Experience with data integrations (SFDC to Snowflake).
Omnichannel and case management experience.
Automation patterns and best practices.
Routing and orchestration experience.
DFR-like experience (Daily Fatal/FRR Review).
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms.
AI and agentic Salesforce experience.
Salesforce to Snowflake integrations specifically.
