Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
2. Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client needs, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce capabilities.
3. Develop and customize Salesforce features, including Apex coding, Lightning components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL.
4. Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and sharing rules.
5. Design and develop Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, integration procedures, and data migration tools.
6. Implement Vlocity telecommunication modules, including Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Cards, and Integration Procedures.
7. Develop and maintain Salesforce test classes adhering to industry standards.
8. Deploy solutions using tools like ANT Migration, Workbench, Jenkins, and Copado.
9. Collaborate with clients to ensure successful Salesforce implementations, meeting business and technical requirements.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.

Required Skills and Expertise

1. Core Salesforce Skills:

• Apex programming (4+ years).
• Aura Components and Lightning Components (2+ years).
• Lightning Web Components (1+ year).
• Salesforce Sales Cloud (3+ years).
• Community Cloud basics.

1. Vlocity Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of implementation experience in Vlocity telecommunications modules.
• Proficiency in Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Cards, and Integration Procedures.

1. Integration and Deployment:

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration practices.
• Experience with deployment tools like ANT Migration, Workbench, Jenkins, and Copado.

1. Secondary Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.

1. Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Hands-on experience in UX design, Visualforce, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Data migration experience between Salesforce environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom industry experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
