Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, triggers, and Lightning development.
Experience implementing complex automation in enterprise Salesforce environments.
Understanding of Salesforce security, performance considerations, and governor limits.
Familiarity with Agile sprint-based delivery and defect remediation cycles.

Work Routine

Salesforce Custom Development
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and supporting logic to enable:
Claim lifecycle progression
Case-level automation and orchestration
Eligibility validation and re-open/remand scenarios
Build Lightning-compatible custom components where declarative solutions are insufficient.
Refactor and optimize custom logic to align with governed trigger and automation frameworks.
Integration & Data Alignment Support
Support Salesforce-side logic required to align with integration payloads and validation rules.
Ensure Salesforce field-level validations align with inbound/outbound integration requirements.
Support troubleshooting of integration-related data issues surfaced during testing.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop unit test classes to meet Salesforce code coverage and quality standards.
Support defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases.
Assist with smoke testing and post-deployment validation activities.
Deployment & Documentation
Contribute to deployment manifests and technical documentation.
Support controlled deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
