Job Description

  • Lead Salesforce solution design and implementation across multiple clouds (Service, Sales, CPQ, Experience Cloud)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Define architecture, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce implementations
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery including estimation, planning, development, testing, and deployment
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, admins, and QA resources
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance models
  • Design and implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems
  • Lead data migration, data modeling, and performance optimization initiatives
  • Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline setup and release management
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Service Cloud
  • Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security models
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or other middleware)
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and strategies
  • Experience in DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI / automation capabilities)
  • Exposure to Einstein AI, Chatbots, or AI-driven automation
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations
  • Knowledge of industry clouds (optional based on project needs)
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant / Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
  • Roles & Responsibilities (Leadership Focus):
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients
  • Drive solution discussions and architecture reviews
  • Ensure delivery quality and timelines
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and estimations
