To help align the search for both the Revenue Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) roles, the ideal candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

- Certifications & Technical Expertise: Candidates must be certified and possess significant hands-on experience with similar large-scale projects.

- Requirement Gathering & Solution Design: They should be capable of engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, define solutions, and architect the overall technical landscape.

- Project Documentation: Proficiency in preparing critical project documentation is essential, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Technical Design Documents, project architecture diagrams, and process flows.

- Implementation & Planning: Candidates must be able to prepare a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and effectively orchestrate project implementation activities.
