Job Description

THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team and support the ongoing evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing Salesforce Sales Cloud, related integrations, and connected enterprise applications that enable our sales, recruiting, operations, and back-office business processes.

This position requires a well-rounded Salesforce professional who is comfortable working across administration, configuration, development, integration, production support, and release management activities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting production issues, developing Lightning Web Components, building complex Flows, integrating external systems, and supporting enterprise deployment processes.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Support and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and related business applications used across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Finance, and Enterprise Applications teams.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions that align with platform best practices.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions utilizing Salesforce configuration, Flow Automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning Experience.

• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms, reports, dashboards, custom metadata, and security configurations.

• Develop and support complex business process automation using Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows, Invocable Actions, and Apex-based automation.

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, asynchronous integrations, and reusable Lightning Web Components.

• Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, ContractPodAi, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and other third-party applications.

• Develop and support integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, JSON, middleware platforms, and external web services.

• Support Salesforce Outlook Integration, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), Microsoft Teams Integration, and other productivity tools integrated with Salesforce.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving Salesforce configuration, custom code, integrations, data quality, and platform performance.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve system stability and user experience.

• Support data migration, data quality, deduplication, archiving, and large data volume initiatives.

• Participate in Salesforce release management activities including code reviews, testing, deployment planning, production validation, and post-release support.

• Work within a source-controlled development environment utilizing Git, Azure DevOps, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and modern DevOps practices.

• Collaborate with internal and offshore development resources and assist with technical design reviews, code reviews, and implementation standards.

• Evaluate new Salesforce platform capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and other emerging Salesforce technologies.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, architecture diagrams, and deployment documentation.

• Participate in on-call production support and critical issue resolution activities as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Development experience in enterprise Salesforce environments.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required.

• Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.

• Extensive experience configuring Salesforce including custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, custom metadata, and security architecture.

• Strong hands-on development experience utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, asynchronous processing, and Lightning development frameworks.

• Advanced experience designing and implementing business process automation utilizing Salesforce Flow, including Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Flow best practices.

• Experience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems utilizing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, JSON, XML, OAuth, and middleware technologies.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 integrations, Outlook Integration, Microsoft Teams Integration, and Einstein Activity Capture.

• Experience working with third-party Salesforce applications such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), sales intelligence, marketing, recruiting, or customer engagement platforms.

• Experience supporting Salesforce deployment and release management processes utilizing Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, Copado, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, sharing models, role hierarchy, field-level security, and governance best practices.

• Experience troubleshooting production issues involving Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, and data management.

• Experience working with large data volumes, data migration tools, and enterprise data quality initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform performance optimization, and scalable solution design.

• Ability to balance project work, enhancement requests, and production support responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud.

• Experience supporting professional services, staffing, consulting, recruiting, or talent management business processes.

• Experience with Contract PodAi, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise SaaS application ecosystems.

• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and enterprise DevOps practices.
