Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Planning:
- Meet with project managers to determine Salesforce CRM needs.
- Create timelines and development goals for Salesforce projects.
Solution Design & Development:
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Test the stability and functionality of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation & Training:
- Write technical documentation and provide training for Salesforce staff.
- Maintain system security and data integrity.
