Salesforce Developer / Administrator

• Implement and maintainSales CloudandService Cloudconfigurations.
• Managebulk data operationsusing Workbench and SOQL.
• Create and optimizevalidation rules,formulas,flows, andflow buildersto support business logic.
• Handleprofile management, including permission sets and user creation.
• Design and manageLightning page layoutsanddynamic forms.
• Manage Salesforcerelationships,custom fields, andrecord types.
• Build and maintainreportsanddashboardsto enable effective business insights.
• Handlecase managementscenarios includingemail-to-casesetup and configuration.
• Nice to Have:Hands-on experience withApexandTriggers.
• Knowledge ofWeb-to-Leadimplementations and configuration.
• Qualifications:5 to 10 years of proven experience working withSalesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding ofSalesforce data architectureand configuration best practices.
• Familiar withLightning Experience, including page layouts and UI customizations.
• Experience in business process automation usingFlows.
• AZ-900 Certificationismandatory.
