Salesforce Developer (ACSII)

Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions. This role partners closely with architects and product owners, leading development across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning, integrations, and AI‑driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and advanced automation.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions across Sales/Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and support enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous patterns.
  • Implement intelligent automation using Agentforce, and AI‑based decision flows.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with architects on technical designs and ensure alignment with platform governance.
  • Optimize performance, security, and scalability while managing Salesforce governor limits.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions meet ACS accessibility standards.

Technical Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including complex implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce automation, integrations, and security models.
  • Strong experience working with MuleSoft‑based API‑led integrations.
  • Proven ability to mentor developers and lead technical delivery in Agile environments.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Application Architect (preferred)
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or AI certifications
  • Progress toward System Architect or CTA (a plus)
