Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with partial work-from-home flexibility. As a Salesforce Delivery Manager (Business Analyst), you will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementation projects, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and developing strategies to align business needs with Salesforce functionalities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. You will also act as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and derive insights
• Expertise in program management, ensuring timely delivery of projects while aligning with organizational objectives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts effectively
• Proficiency in team management and the ability to lead and mentor teams for successful project execution
• Experience in consulting, providing strategic advice to clients on Salesforce solutions and implementations
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration is highly desirable
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Prior experience in a similar role or with Salesforce projects, certifications are a plus
