Job Title - Salesforce Delivery Leader (GCC / GIC)

Location - Bangalore

Job Summary -

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Leader to drive delivery excellence and scale our Salesforce practice within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing, growing, and optimizing Salesforce POD-based delivery models while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver business value through customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, foster innovation, and enable scalable Salesforce solutions that support enterprise-wide business objectives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing the GCC's position as a strategic value creator for global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
  • Establish and scale Salesforce POD-based operating models to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
  • Drive delivery governance, program execution, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple initiatives.
  • Ensure successful project execution using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

GCC & Practice Development

  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Salesforce practice within the GCC.
  • Develop scalable delivery frameworks, best practices, and reusable assets to enhance productivity.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce delivery teams.
  • Position the GCC as a strategic partner for global business and technology stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with global business leaders, product owners, architects, and executive stakeholders to define and execute strategic roadmaps.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Provide leadership updates, delivery insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Salesforce teams including Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Drive talent acquisition, capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Customer-Centric Transformation

  • Lead digital transformation programs that improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Promote customer-first thinking across product and delivery teams.

Innovation & Solution Enablement

  • Champion adoption of emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI-driven features, automation, and integration technologies.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to define scalable and future-ready Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Drive platform optimization, technical excellence, and solution standardization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years in Salesforce leadership and delivery management roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling Salesforce POD models within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Global In-house Center (GIC).
  • Strong experience managing global Salesforce programs and distributed teams.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, integrations, and ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in Agile delivery, program governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with product-based organizations and global delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or other advanced Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation programs and digital customer experience initiatives.
  • Experience leading teams of 50+ Salesforce professionals across multiple delivery streams.
