Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Delivery Lead with a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud to lead complex, large-scale implementations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep delivery governance expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven leadership capabilities to ensure successful end-to-end program execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of overall experience in IT delivery and program/engagement management.
- Recent and hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud projects (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in:
- Delivery governance and program management
- Planning, estimation, and execution management
- Stakeholder communication and coordination at senior levels
- Proven leadership experience managing large, distributed, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-driven environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification (Highly Preferred)
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Certification (CPQ/Billing) (Highly Preferred)
- Healthcare domain knowledge (payer, provider, life sciences, or digital health).
- Exposure to or experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, analytics, automation).
- Experience managing multi-vendor or global delivery teams.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Engagement Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud programs, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Own overall delivery governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and escalation handling.
- Establish and manage delivery frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for leadership and clients.
- Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models across multiple workstreams.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Manage complex stakeholder expectations through effective communication, planning, and transparency.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and program status updates.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and business analysts.
- Mentor and coach delivery teams to drive high performance and accountability.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy, and results-driven delivery culture.
Domain & Solution Oversight
- Guide solution design and implementation leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud and Revenue Cloud best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare industry standards, compliance needs, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects to validate technical and functional designs.
- Bring domain understanding to translate healthcare business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Promote adoption of Salesforce innovations, including Salesforce AI features (e.g., Einstein, predictive insights, automation) where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and governance models.
