Role: Salesforce Data Migration Consultant

Engagement:Remote / Contract

Availability: Up to 20 hours per week

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Migration Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming Salesforce migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce data migration and SSIS packages, ensuring seamless and accurate data movement from legacy systems into Salesforce.

• Perform end-to-end data migration into Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Custom Objects)

• Design, develop, and execute SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Analyze legacy data sources and map them to Salesforce data models

• Ensure data quality, validation, deduplication, and reconciliation post-migration

• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize data load performance

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders

• Strong experience in Salesforce data migration projects

• Hands-on expertise with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and data model

• Experience with data tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or custom ETL solutions

• Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills
