Job Description

Asymbl is the workforce orchestration company bringing together workforce applications to hire human workers, digital labor strategy to onboard digital workers, and platform expertise to bring it all together. We help businesses attract, design, manage, and scale hybrid workforces that drive more meaningful business impact, faster. Workforce orchestration aligns strategy, process, and technology so the right work is done by the right worker with clarity and accountability.

We believe the future of work isn't human or digital. It's human and digital, orchestrated as one.

Position Overview

The Salesforce Integration Manager is responsible for leading Asymbl's India-based integration team, providing both strategic direction and hands-on technical leadership in the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions connecting Salesforce with internal and external systems.

This role is focused on building and scaling a high-performing data integration engineering practice, with ownership of integration standards, delivery quality, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on integration leader, not solely an architect, with strong experience across multiple integration approaches and toolsets.

This position requires deep experience designing and guiding integrations across point-to-point (P2P), API-led, and iPaaS architectures, leveraging platforms such as Workato, Informatica (IICS/IDMC), MuleSoft, and custom-built solutions using Apex and Python.

Why Join Us

At Asymbl, you will lead the development of a modern integration practice that combines Salesforce expertise with AI, digital labor, and next-generation integration platforms to improve delivery speed, scalability, and quality.

You will work across a diverse integration landscape including Workato, Informatica (IICS/IDMC), MuleSoft, and custom API-based solutions, while helping define how integration engineering is executed at scale.

We are committed to innovation, encouraging the use of AI and automation to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes. Asymbl provides strong opportunities for career growth, leadership development, and advancement within a high-performing, forward-looking team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Integration Engineers, driving accountability, technical quality, and delivery consistency
  • Build and scale the India-based integration team into a mature engineering function capable of owning integration delivery end-to-end
  • Provide hands-on leadership in the design and development of Salesforce integrations, including direct involvement in architecture, coding, and troubleshooting
  • Design and review integration solutions across Workato, Informatica (IICS/IDMC), MuleSoft, Apex-based integrations, Python, and point-to-point approaches
  • Develop and guide Apex-based integrations and custom P2P integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Establish and enforce integration standards, reusable frameworks, and documentation practices including code documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and flow/architecture diagrams
  • Conduct active code reviews and participate in architecture review boards to ensure alignment with enterprise integration patterns and engineering best practices
  • Guide implementation of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, asynchronous processing, and API-led architectures
  • Oversee integration delivery including resource allocation, prioritization, and execution against timelines and quality expectations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across APIs, middleware platforms, and Salesforce services
  • Drive a culture of process discipline, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Train and upskill team members across integration tools, frameworks, and development best practices
  • Promote the use of AI and digital labor tools to improve efficiency, automation, and delivery quality
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of integration engineers
