Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer / Data Cloud Specialist

Location: Chennai, TN (Remote)

Contract: 6 Months (Extendable based on project needs)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to support customer and offer data unification, segmentation, and activation. The role will involve working with Salesforce and integration teams to ensure customer data is properly ingested, unified, and ready for business use cases such as segmentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce Data Cloud data ingestion and data streams
• Set up data mapping, harmonization, and identity resolution
• Create and manage customer segments and audiences
• Work with integration and Salesforce teams to ensure source data readiness
• Validate activated data and ensure correct downstream usage
• Support reporting and insights using unified customer data

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience with data ingestion, mapping, and identity resolution
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and data activation
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience working with customer and product/offer datasets

Preferred Experience

• Experience in financial services or banking
• Experience activating data to Salesforce platforms or reporting tools
