Job Description

Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with 15+ years of IT experience and a proven track record of delivering at least 3end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.

Key Requirements

Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Strong experience with Customer 360, Identity Resolution, Unified Profiles, Data Streams, DMOs, Calculated Insights (CIs),and Segmentation.
Proven ability to architect and implement enterprise-scale customer data platforms.
Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI for customer insights, audience generation, segmentation, and personalization.
Strong understanding of Data Cloud integrations with Salesforce and external data sources.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
Salesforce Data Cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
Design customer data models, identity resolution strategies, and data ingestion frameworks.
Build and optimise customer segments, calculated insights, and activation use cases.
Drive AI-powered customer intelligence and personalization initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for Data Cloud implementations.
