About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Expert with 4- 5+ years of relevant work experience on Salesforce, who will own solution architecture across client engagements, from discovery through to architectural direction and delivery. The role involves working closely with business, IT, and brand stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and make and defend key architectural decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery sessions with business, IT, and brand stakeholders, turning business needs, technical constraints, and strategic priorities
- Own the Salesforce org strategy, evaluating single-org and multi-org approaches, including brand segregation, and clearly communicate the long-term implications, costs, scalability, and trade-offs
- Architect the core data model across boutique, e-commerce, and distributor channels, including consumer identity, brand and market hierarchies, legal entities, and golden-record principles to enable a unified group-wide customer view.
- Design a scalable security, sharing, and visibility framework that maintains separation between brands and franchise partners while enabling the wider group to access the right level of consolidated info
- Define the integration architecture and system-of-record strategy across POS, e-commerce, ERP, marketing, and CDP platforms, ensuring clear ownership and reliable data flows between systems.
- Architect loyalty data structures and capabilities, covering customer tiers, points, benefits, promotions, and liability across both individual brands and group-level loyalty programs.
- Establish architecture and delivery governance, including environment strategy, release management, naming standards, technical guardrails to promote scalability and prevent early-project technical debt.
- Create architecture documentation and decision artefacts suitable for senior technology leadership, and confidently present, explain, and defend architectural recommendations with client stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant experience in Data cloud, solution architecture and technical design.
- Proven ownership of complex Salesforce architectures, such as multi-brand, multi-entity, multi-country, franchise, or distributor models.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce org strategy, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions.
- Hands-on experience designing Salesforce security and sharing models, from business requirements through to implementation.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead architecture discussions and explain complex technical decisions clearly.
