SALESFORCE DATA CLOUD ASSOCIATE / ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Support configuration ofdata ingestion pipelines, transformations, and harmonizationrules
• Build and maintainData Cloud data models (DLO, DMO, DSO)
• Assist withidentity resolution, deduplication, and consent managementlogic
• Create, test, and validateCalculated Insights (CIs) and audience segments
• SupportPOCs, solution testing, and documentationfor data flow validation
• Collaborate withMarketing, CRM, and Data Engineeringteams to enable unified customer profiles

Required Skills & Experience

• 14 yearsof experience in theSalesforce ecosystem or data-focused roles
• Foundational understanding ofSalesforce Data Cloud concepts(ingestion, modeling, segmentation)
• Strong knowledge ofrelational data concepts(joins, mappings, normalization)
• Exposure toSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM integrations
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learndata architecture fundamentals

Good to Have

• Salesforce certification:Data Cloud ConsultantorMarketing Cloud
• Exposure to otherCDP platforms(Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Treasure Data, etc.)
• Working knowledge ofSQLand analytics tools such asTableau or CRM Analytics
