SALESFORCE DATA CLOUD ARCHITECT/LEAD ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-endarchitecture, design, and implementationof Salesforce Data Cloud
• Define and optimizedata architecture layers (DLO, DMO, DSO)for scalability and cost efficiency
• Establish best practices fordata ingestion, identity resolution, unification, calculated insights, and activation
• Analyze and optimizecredit consumptionacross ingestion, federation, acceleration, and activation
• Partner with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, MDM) to enablezero-copy or accelerated data flows
• Define and enforcedata governance, security, lineage, and compliancestandards
• Oversee integrations withSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems
• Act as thetechnical authority and solution advisorfor all Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives
• Mentor consultants and associates; createarchitectural templates and reusable components

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ yearsof experience in data architecture, CDP, or MarTech ecosystems
• 34 yearsof hands-on experience withSalesforce Data Cloud (Genie/CDP)
• Strong understanding ofCDP architecture principles, identity graphs, consent models, and data federation
• Proven expertise inSalesforce Data Cloud credit modelsand cost-optimization strategies
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud withMarketing Cloudand enterprise systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or data pipelines
• Ability to translate complex data ecosystems intoclear, scalable architectural blueprints
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications:Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, Marketing Cloud Architect
• Experience with other CDPs such asAdobe Experience Platform, Segment, Tealium, Treasure Data
• Knowledge ofmodern data architectures(Snowflake, Databricks, Lakehouse, Data Mesh)
• Familiarity withdata privacy and governance frameworks(GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
