Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations. This is a remote opportunity requiring strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, integration, and data architecture.

Location - Remote

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions

•Define Customer 360 architecture, including identity resolution and unified profiles

•Design real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks

•Architect integrations with:

-Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)

External systems (ERP, APIs, third-party platforms)

•Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (GDPR/CCPA)

•Work with business and technical teams to enable data-driven personalisation and insights

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

•15+ years of experience in Data Architecture / CRM / MarTech

•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)

•Strong expertise in:

-Data modeling

-Data integration (APIs, ETL/ELT)

-Identity resolution

•Experience with:

-Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud)

-Strong understanding of:

*Customer 360 concepts

*Data governance and privacy

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

•Salesforce Certifications:

oData Cloud Consultant

oMarketing Cloud

•Experience with:

oMuleSoft or other integration tools

oReal-time streaming architectures

oAI-driven personalization

Experience Requirements

•Minimum: 15+ years overall experience

•At least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)

•Proven experience in enterprise-scale implementations
