Job Description – Salesforce CRM Tester

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Tester with 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing of Salesforce CRM applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce modules, preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, defect tracking, and collaborating with business and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Manual Testing of Salesforce CRM applications.
- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Design and execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts.
- Validate Salesforce CRM functionalities including:
- Lead Management
- Account Management
- Contact Management
- Opportunity Management
- Case Management
- Reports & Dashboards
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT Testing.
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Prepare Test Execution Reports and Test Summary Reports.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and CRM processes.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Admin knowledge is an added advantage.
- API Testing using Postman is a plus.
- Automation knowledge (Selenium/Java) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Banking, BFSI, Insurance, or Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
