Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM), dashboard development, data modeling, data integration, and advanced reporting. The role involves designing scalable analytics solutions, delivering actionable business insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics applications, dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports.
- Build and optimize Dataflows, Recipes, and ETL processes for data transformation and preparation.
- Integrate Salesforce and external data sources to create unified and scalable analytics solutions.
- Develop advanced dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and custom analytical solutions using SAQL and SQL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Implement and manage CRM Analytics security, sharing, and row-level access controls.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize dashboard performance and scalability.
- Support reporting requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on analytics and reporting solutions.
Required
- Skills7+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/TableauCRM).
- Expertise in Dataflows, Recipes, Datasets, Dashboards, and Analytics Applications.
- Strong proficiency in SAQL, SQL, Salesforce Reporting, and Data Visualization.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration.
- Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integra
- tions.Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence
- tools.Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein Disc
- overy.Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant and other Salesforce certifica
- tions.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
- field.Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
