Global MNC is looking for 3-5 years experience
Salesforce CPQ Consultant to develop, implement, optimize and end-to-end Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solutions. You must possess strong expertise in
Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick),
Product configuration,
Pricing and Discount Rules,
Quote Templates, and
CPQ API-based integrations with external systems such as ERP, billing, or CRM extensions.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and configure Product Bundles, Options, and Features in Salesforce CPQ.
- Build Pricing Rules, Discount Schedules, and Approval Workflows aligned with business policies.
- Create and maintain Quote Templates, Quote Terms, and Document Generation in CPQ.
- Customize quote-to-order workflows and optimize quoting process performance.
- Define and implement Renewals, Amendments, and Subscriptions for recurring products and services.
- Develop and manage CPQ integrations with ERP, billing, and order management systems using Salesforce CPQ APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Implement custom automation using Apex, Flow, and CPQ API for dynamic pricing, data validation, and approval routing.
- Ensure data synchronization between CPQ, CRM, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration, pricing, or document generation issues.
- Conduct impact analysis for Salesforce upgrades and CPQ package updates.
- Provide ongoing support, end-user training, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.
- Follow Salesforce CPQ best practices for performance tuning and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in
Salesforce CPQ implementation and support.
Minimum 2 implementation and support
Strong Understanding Of
Product Configuration (Bundles, Features, Options)
Pricing and Discount Rules
Quote Templates and Document Generation
Product and Price Book management
CPQ Data Model and Object Relationships
Experience with
CPQ API and
integration with external systems (ERP/Billing).
Proficiency in
Salesforce Flows,
Apex,
SOQL/SOSL, and
custom automation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Must Have Or Good To Have Qualifications/ Certifications
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (Must)
- Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / Sales Cloud Consultant certification. (Preferred)
- Hands-on with Docusign, Conga, or Nintex integrations.
- Exposure to Revenue Cloud, Billing, or Subscription Management solutions.
- Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business processes.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
