Salesforce CPQ Analyst/Senior Admin+Dev
Experience: 4-5+ Years
Contract duration - 6 months (Extendable)
Work Mode - WFH
NP - Immediate
Shift Timing - 3pm - 12am
The requirement is for a strong analyst/support profile who can independently drive ownership, communication, coordination, follow-ups, and ticket management activities along with technical understanding.
Required Skillset Includes
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Experience managing Jira and ServiceNow tickets with proper updates/documentation discipline
Ability to proactively follow up, track SLA-sensitive items, and drive closure independently
Experience in CPQ Configuration and Order Processing workflows
Ability to coordinate and support SKU/product rollouts with business users
Strong documentation skills for technical requirements, testing coordination, deployment tracking, and status communication
Understanding of NetSuite/ERP integrations and related business processes
