About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling IT services and digital transformation firm operating across BFSI, Telecom, and Manufacturing sectors, we empower global enterprises with intelligent Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Operations solutions. Our team builds scalable, automated quote-to-cash workflows on the Salesforce platform—helping clients reduce manual errors, accelerate deal cycles, and drive predictable revenue. You'll work remotely with cross-functional product and client teams to configure, develop, and optimize CPQ engines that scale with business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce CPQ solutions—including quote templates, product bundles, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
- Develop and debug Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components to extend CPQ functionality and integrate with Billing & ERP systems.
- Collaborate with sales ops and finance teams to map business rules into CPQ automation—reducing manual configuration and improving accuracy.
- Lead CPQ administration tasks: user permissions, field-level security, validation rules, and version control in sandbox-to-production environments.
- Perform CPQ performance tuning and troubleshooting—identifying bottlenecks in quote generation, pricing calculation, or document generation.
- Document configurations, create user training materials, and provide L2/L3 support to internal and client stakeholders.
