Salesforce CORE Test Lead

Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Test Lead to join and support Brothers Salesforce Core Development Team
• The selected candidate will be embedded within an agile-focused team currently comprising five developers located across India, Costa Rica, and Canada
• As part of our Quality Management Office (QMO), you will drive and implement comprehensive testing processes aligned with QMO standards

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead functional testing practices within an agile Salesforce development environment
• Define, document, and execute Requirement-Based Testing (RBT) strategies, with an initial focus on developing regression test suites
• Actively engage in test planning, design, and execution for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds
• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure testing coverage and quality assurance objectives are met
• Leverage Jira X-Ray for test management, issue tracking, and reporting
• Provide insights and recommendations to continuously enhance quality and testing maturity within the Salesforce ecosystem

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Functional Test Lead within Salesforce environments, particularly Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds
• Proficient in Jira X-Ray and Requirement-Based Testing (RBT) methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to build robust regression testing frameworks and scripts from scratch
• Comfortable working closely with international development teams in an agile setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
