Requirements
Management / Personal
Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce project execution experience with at least 3+ years in a lead role
Systems design experience with ability to design or explain complex system interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs, and other methods
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to present to clients
Salesforce Skills
Experience in Sales Cloud (Telco domain preferred)
Proven experience with APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (3 years experience)
Proficient in writing SOQL queries and optimization
Hands-on experience with Flows, configuration, and administration
Experience with Git and Deployment using SFDX
Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model)
Experience with common integration patterns between legacy systems and Salesforce platform
