Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Core Developer with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce backend development, UI enhancement, cloud integrations, and DevOps practices.
Technical Requirements
Salesforce Backend Development
- Expert-level experience in Apex Development, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Integration Logic.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform optimization.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Frontend Development
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
- Experience in UI troubleshooting, enhancement, and component development.
- Hands-on experience with responsive and reusable Salesforce UI components.
Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations and customizations.
- Ability to build and enhance community portals and user experiences.
Cloud Integration
- Experience managing and deploying Azure Functions using C# or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms and integration best practices.
DevOps Deployment
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce CLI.
- Exposure to deployment automation and release management processes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and support experience.
- Proven track record of managing and owning Salesforce environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
