About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce (Copado) + selenium(Playwright) with 6 years to 10 years of experience in QA/testing,focused on Salesforce and atleast 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado. The role also requires a consultative mindset to help improve test pass rates by optimizing automation design and QA processes.
Requirements:
- Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- TFamilarity with tests salesforce implementations using Copado for quality assurance through automated and manual.
- Experience in QA Engineer testing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations using Copado through automated and manual validation to ensure deployment quality and reliability
- Good to have Broadridge platform experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate automated test cases from Selenium to Copado (CRT) and complete remaining automation backlog
- Develop and optimize Copado automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications
- Analyze and improve test stability and pass rates
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team
- Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
- Proven experience in migrating test cases to Copado Automation
- Experience improving automation test pass rates and stability and drive towards this
- Exposure to Salesforce Platform and having done testing for applications built on the same
- Ability to provide consulting-led process optimization
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prior Selenium automation experience
- Test data management for Salesforce
- Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience
