We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and a strong understanding of Salesforce applications, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Execute Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing to validate Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Validate business processes within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Analyse business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure quality standards are met by performing thorough test execution and reporting test results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation best practices.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
- Hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in designing and maintaining automation testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with defect management and test lifecycle processes.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
