Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning (LWC/Aura) components
• Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for scalable architecture
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architect & development
• Strong expertise in:

Apex, Triggers

Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura

SOQL, SOSL

Visualforce

• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Strong debugging and analytical skills

Salesforce certifications such as:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce App Builder

Experience with:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud / Salesforce Service Cloud
